Bro, is your Patriot and "LX"?

I just bought one after I saw your pic and the benchmark results are disappointing compared to my class 4 sandisk (both 32gb)

A data 16gb class 10 from new egg. Its about a year old now.

Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I717 using xda premium

*edit made the same mistake as the user above and did not set the custom path to the external SD... this is the correct result 13.1/27.6.

That's 4096 cache and sio scheduler on paranoid 2.56 / android 4.12.

Default Sandisk extreme pro.

It might only be 16gb but they say up to 95MB/s read and write up to 90MB/s. I've gotten 35 on my computer for copying files.

I'm rocking a Samsung class 10 and it's about a year old. As you can see there's been no deterioration.

You know honestly I'm not sure I sold the card a few weeks ago and then used to money to fund a 32GB Sandisk UHC1, which I regret. I'm on my second Sandisk card the first one lasted about a month.

May wanna peeek at this thread also.

With no brand preference, the newer samsung pro's are really good. 70 read, 20 write, waterproof shock proof...ect... slighty more then the sandisk ultras.

I prefer the sandisk ultra personally, but seems some people hear have had problems, this is just another alternative out there. it gets good ratings.

When it comes to buying memory cards now. unless you get a 32gb SD ultra class 10 for 10 bucks, go for the uhs-1. It will give you a little more longevity out of it in regards to replacing it due to becoming outdated. Also....more advice would be to not buy a memory card with less then 32GB of memory. a 16gb sandisk ultra uhs-1 costs $22 and a 32gb costs $28(to go the 64 is alot more spendy, but 32gb ones are the best buys right now). pay the 6 extra bucks, apps arent getting any smaller. GB's are going the way of MB's fast enough.
