i was having wifi hotspot issues whilst tethering, and it seemed the data would just stop when the display turned off, and very slow ping

(and yeah i flashed a new radio, it wasnt the network, was something to do with wifi hotspot tethering)

The LTE-on-by-default patch was merged. It will be in the next nightly (working according to a handful of you with the issue).

i'm going to remove it from the OP as an issue and close the issue in the issue tracker.

Send your thanks to mentwar for that fix (note he also did the original one for CM10!)

I'm a bit confused why the 4.2 ROMs claim 1080p video recording doesn't work - seems to be fine? Only time camera FC'ed on me was when trying a panorama...

Well I just tried a clean install and still having the same problem. Is there a fix for the screen tearing?

The answer is in the latest pages. There is not fix yet, but you can disable HW overlays.

Settings > Lockscreen > Button Actions. I can no longer set toggle flashlight in there. Will this be coming back?

20130216 --- anyone else getting a volume increase while listening via Play Music? If I listen to a song, skip two or three songs my volume will increase to max (the volume slider will still show the volume at the previous level). I can volume + or - and the volume will go to where it is supposed to be.

This is through wired headset...haven't tried on BT yet.
