Did you just need to update the APN settings? I'm on SaskTel with the same hardware and I'd love to try out this ROM.

MMS.......SMS......GREY SIGNAL BARS....MMS FAIL. (possible search terms)
This got switched off on my phone a couple times recently...not sure how...might have bumped it accidentally....I have no idea. BUT, it too me a minute to realize why some things weren't working. Maybe this will be of benefit to someone.....Just a head's up.

The signal quick toggle turns off data. Maybe you tapped it accidentally
