I did what you described above but after a reboot the bfacebook.apk returns even though root explorer says it was deleted. It's very strange.

no problem buddy, I will do what I can..Since my folks(my Taiwanese forum site members) they are pretty satisfied what they have
i will write up a very detail installation for next build, so friends here won't get confused.

system rw does not work with stock kernel, any changes in system need to be made in recovery until we have a modified kernel(I think)
