while waiting on the phone to HTC (yes I was about to send it back) I plugged in the computer USB charger-lead with the battery out! Just a few seconds later I put the battery back in and LET THERE BE LIFE...
So try... battery out...charger in/on...then battery in and see if that works it just did for me...I had tried every thing else before hand.

Great solution you have,
After searching for a week finally i found here ,
4 thumbs for you .
Thanks again,

Hi
I have had the same problem
I had a problem in my kitkat tytung rom and i couldnt run applications and ..... , so I Disconnected the battery and connected it again , but after that my phone didnt turn on , I went to home and connected it to charger , nothing happened, so I smacked the phone several times and it started
I tought that it was the problem of rom so I instaled it again.
after some days the same problem happened again , but from that moment i couldn't turn my phone again.
I have tested all ways that I found in internet but nothing worked for me

It sounds like your battery pins are bent, an easy thing to overlook although i do like the idea of smacking your phone

Hi
Thanks you very much
I was thinking So,Opened my phone and tested it connections , the pads of battery socket was connected to battery pins with no error .
The Important thing is that the phone has error in operating system (I couldn't start any program) before crashes

Are you saying it boots, then crashes, or works ok for a bit then crashes, or just crashes so that it doesn't even switch on.
Could be that your battery is dying or dead.
If on clk, leave plugged in to charger for a bit when switched off.
If on magldr, leave plugged in to charger for a bit when on magldr menu

Have you tried getting to bootloader - recovery using reset pin & volume down !
Have you tested battery voltage & perhaps try charging battery externally even perhaps using cut usb lead to manually charge battery directly for 5-10 minutes ...

yes it crashes and I moved battery out and then couldn't turn it on again.
I tested every key mix + hard and soft reset
I charged battery manually and also i have additional new battery charged by external charger
Phone tries to turn on and uses battery current but it don't turn on
