n3ocort3x : you should disable that in the kernel if its enabled
Thats CONFIG_TEGRA_INTERACTIVE_GOV_ON_EARLY_SUSPEND

I actually never understood for what that sh... is in the kernel anyway
Since governor switching is a little bit "fragile" anyway
i removed that crap in my old bases but until now i leaved it as it is... wrong decision but thats exactly what i wanted to hear from u. I allready removed it yesterday before going to sleep but didn't manage to flash so far. no one understands the meaning of this. it messes up whole resume.. totally useless if u ask me. i hope i will be able to provide an update.

ah and before i forgot: guys my last 120 days of evening school started.. i'm near the finish line :P

If I want to remove the kernel I flashed and go back to the kernel in ICJ ROM, would I get rid of ALL kernel modules by formatting /system and flashing ROM again or are there module-stuff on the /data partition as well?
Device 01: HTC One X | ROM: AOKP OR MIUI
Recovery: CWM 6.0.3.0 | Launcher: Nova Launcher Prime

Device 02: ASUS Transformer Infinity Pad TF700T | ROM: CROMi
Recovery: TWRP 2.5 | Launcher: Nova Launcher Prime

Are the modules from the NCX kernel EXACTLY the same as the ones that comes with ICJ ROM?

No.every time a kernel is compiled ,the modules usually need updating.

Yeah as kozmik said. Just reflash ICJ without wipe. It's the easiest method.
