You don't have to do it where adb.exe is located. As long as you set up the sdk correctly.

If anyone is getting error 99 instead of 92 finish the whole process and then restore a nandroid and try it again. this worked for me

I hadn't flashed anything yet. Yes Im one viperXL and thats my model number. But it doesn't match any of the zip so Im not sure if they are the ones I need.

Now that you guys have S-OFF, you can use my RegawMOD Bootloader Customizer!
Just have someone make a plugin for the HTC One <insert model here> and then customize away!
