Great work, i love having that much space left in data partition, thatīs a real advantage, at least from my point of view.

One thing though, which is quite a bit annoying.

Every time i wake up the phone and start doing stuff, there are lotīs of lags, for example if I wake up the phone to go into the contacts to add a new number, it takes quite a long time until the phone actually opens the contacts so I can do what I want.

If I keep using the phone for a while the lags disappear, but after sending it to sleep and waking it up again after some time, itīs back to square one with all these little lags.

Anyone else having these kind of issues?

I can look into it. Probably tuning memory management would help.

Hello Guys,

sorry but I can not recomment this "ROM". In the Starting Posts stand for EU 405 MB Recovery but then I get 0 Storage Warning. With the first "A2SDX" I get no Wifi... Error...

Then in the Thread is the read about 220 MB or even 150 MB. Sorry but this is not nearly clear.

Edit:

After trying I find the right size. Its 110 MB for EU. So far the ROM seems to be stable but the "new" Youtube-App is simply bad...

Right on the mark

One minor thing I encountered as well.

If I put the bootanimation, downanimation and the android audio file in the folder /system/customize/resource... they donīt play, I like having them and since your build leaves a lot of space in the data partition I wanted them to be included.

I canīt seem to figure out why they donīt show, the bootanimation is the "android" graphic, if a bootanimation.zip is included or not.

Is there some file or something that has to be edited for the animations to load / show?

well, it is probably because entire customize folder is not in system anymore, it is only linked back. (only when you use DataOnEXT it is in system)
it is better to have it on EXT partition and linked back because you can always create bigger partition so it does not take up precious NAND space

have you installed latest HTC sync? (not HTC sync manager)
does your PC recognize it as a device? (when set to USB mass storage as drive)
does your PC see it correctly with installed driver in Device Manager?
