thats not a paranoid fault, its an aosp fault and in nearly every rom. just install clocksync and let it sync ever or every 3 hours and you're good

Just flashed then latest release but my N10 is as laggy as hell

Uses the lasted twrp and wiped everything. Just so laggy

Any ideas?

I definitely would recommend you Franco kernel, I wasn't laggy without it but it's much better. Great for gaming also.
