Default Miracast on one X?
Is there a possibility to get Miracast on the HOX? Will there be one?

Nobody.

Right now only the Nexus 4 and Optimus G support miracast.

Good news is that we have an official CM10.1 port so when CM bakes in Miracast then we should see it (theoretically any phone that supports WiFi-Direct should be able to support it). I think we probably won't see it "detached" from the Nexus hardware until the next Android release.
