Default [Q] sdcard0 problem

After rooting my samsung galaxy s3 my internal sdcard storage was renamed 'sdcard0'. after a couple of months of my phone being rooted it started having an issue which is unrelated to rooting but im having to make a warranty claim on it, so i used Triangle Away to reset the flash/binary counter which worked out fine and flashed the correct stock rom to it.the only thing is the internal sd storage still says 'sdcard0'. is this something that samsung pick up on this and void my warranty over or is it something that I shouldnt worry about?

Just copy everything inside the folder to your internal sd and delete the folder. It typically happens when coming back from CM 4.2.x based ROMs and it is due to multi-user support in 4.2.x.
