I've bound the entire /Android directory to my SD card, everything seems to work fine other than even after it is bound Swiftkey can't find the language pack and I have to download it after every reboot. Does anyone have any ideas?

You're probably using outdated version of DB. Check the OP and download the last file in the list.

Could be that SwiftKey is loaded so early in the boot process that DB hasn't linked the dirs yet. You should still be happy, since those files are quite small. If everything else works then your only goal is to not reboot your phone so much.

Can you add an option to just Bind at device startup and exit service?

I'm so happy dudes!!!!!! I successfully bound Dungeon Hunter 3 on my USB STICK (ADATA N005 32GB). The game works like a charm mates!! All you need to do is to UNCHECK "handle usb connection", this will keep the binds alive.
This flash drive is USB 3.0 and it's super fast, as I discovered from transferring files from my PC to the phone, but I'll guess the OTG cable is somewhat limiting the speed due to it's USB 2.0 connector. Anyway all is working flawlessly, now I can save even more storage space on my S2 and this method should work for all games without exception. Please like and share this post as much as you can, so other people know this way is working.
I completely love Directory Bind, there are some guides out there how to run games from usb stick, but there are so much complicated - you have to type commands in TE, to use other specific apps as Paragon i.e.bla bla bla.
This is the BEST APP EVER!!! THX slig, you' re a genius mate, as well Android is the best ( mobile) OS according to it's unlimited possibilities.
Try to run some game from usb drive on IPhone...muhah. Poor Apple.

How long have you waited?it can take a while depending on how large the files are.

i always cancel after like 2 minutes i forgot the files's size in 1.5 gb .. i'll wait (asphalt 7)[COLOR="Silver"]
