For daily using - SIO / BFQ or ZEN will be good.

When the phone reached 100%, After a while it said: charging is paused...
What does this mean? Is this the real 100%?

I tried cocore 3.3, best combination battery/performance, i'm not play any game but i'm using the phone intensively, wifi, sms, photo video... but the other custom kernel like tz and siri have more ram, stok and cocore is 625 mb in tz is 630 mb in siri 629 mb.

If I read well this kernel has support for reading flash drives with otg cable, but I have to do something else or just connect my USB? i try connecting only and there is no activity in the pendrive led.
