Could someone kindly tell me why the "screen timeout" setting resets itself to 15 seconds after each reboot??

Thanks Buddy, Sorry could not update yesterday, but I had resolved the issue by flashing the above mentioned mod yesterday itself.

Can it be that call recording drains a lot of battery? After 1 hour of calling I lost ~8 to 10 percent of battery and media scanner has a bigger wake time than calling (without scanning media or playing music). And in battery statistic I can see that the call eats my battery as fast as when my display is on, but during the call it was only on for a few moments.

With stock rom (without call recording) I lost 11 percent battery in 3 hours when calling, so it was around 3,5 to 4 percent per hour. Now it eats 8 to 10 percent per hour and that's not good for me

Sds issue is mainly related to kernel...which is now fixed in all new released kernels ...so no need to worry ...choice of recover depends on u...twrp and philz are very good
