If anyone's having this problem, grab the latest Android SDK and run the adb from there, then a prompt will show up on your phone asking if you wanna connect to your pc, just hit ok and now it should work.

Make sure your entering each command separately. As in type first cmd line hit enter,type second cmd line hit enter,and so on..

Can't get it to work on 2.14 hboot. On Pablo's stock rooted Telstra Rom. Get the error 99. fastboot oem writecid fails. Can't find any other way to get superCID. Xfactor fails also. Anyone got tips.
