Issue syncing with mac

Hi guys,

My friends just bought the device today. He's using a Macbook Pro( OS 10.5) as the says, he`s not able to sync his cellphone at all. Any suggestions?

Android doesn't support Mac OS file transfer anymore

Also 10. 5 is really outdated. Tell him to upgrade to a supported Os.
