Safe Apps to Freeze

Anyone been experimenting & know which system / apps can be safely frozen on the KFHD7?

I'm sure I saw a reply a few days ago but can't remember which thread it was posted in?

The apps mentioned here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2084315. I've frozen all but the Appstore (only because i still use it), and all is well.
