I have a couple questions, after I finish this process am I set to flash a ROM or is there any other things I need to do? Also will I loose everything on my phone by doing this?

There is no S-Off for our device yet. This toolkit is for the AT&T One X, and will give you temp root>SuperCID>bootloader unlock>perm root (as well as install TWRP, and some other features as noted in the OP).
I believe there's an S-Off method already available.

update---nevermind i got that part!

hi! in really new at this, so im stuck on the copy paste the token into the htcdev page. it says that
"Error Code: Invalid Bootloader Token Length.
Error Reason: The submitted Token appears to be the wrong length and won't work"

i dont know what im doing wrong help the noob!

Does this method give us superCID in order to get the phone s-off? Or do we have to do the superCID guide?

I'm stock on the 6 step. I have gotten the CID. When the kit prompt mr to choose the unlock bin I do so, when I select unlock bootloader and go, it doesnt do anything. When I close the command window it loops me into doing the same thing over and over again. Help.

Has anyone tried to root after the new update? Did the new update patch the exploits? I waited the whole time for the update and now that it's here, my battery life is predicted to be cut in half. That's not acceptable.

That is what I was wondering too but im going to give it a shot. ill post if it worked or not.

just wanted to say thx your tool saved a onex+ that had cwm and could not mount sd with your twrp push and adb rom push i was able to save the phone
