[Q]Google Framework Question

Sorry to make this post, but I've searched using the xda app and cannot seem to find anything.

I installed the Google Framework on my rooted Kindle Fire HD 7" When I got it (about 3 months ago?) And have not updated it since.

I have the Google playstore on here, as well as gmail. All works fine, except for a few things missing from the Google playstore (can't seem to update most apps installed through the playstore).

Is there a way to update the playstore or, if it's relevant, the framework itself?

Any help is appreciated as well as links to helpful posts, that I can't seem to find
