50% of this firmwares not released yet,You can see firmware version for S8500/S8530 is old (like XXLA1) but releasing for that country it is first :)

okay seems all are news for those devices

Maybe 1 package contain ELF files in BOOTFILES folder.

This would be help full for Android or Tizen or study at all...

None BOOTFILES folder contains.

And therefore no ELF files.

I was wrong here. You should be able to decrypt the firmware without connecting to samsung servers. Use the advanced tab, fill all fields including hidswver and set the file. Hit decrypt.

This is what we tried few times with different Versions
CheckFusDownloader_v2.0.exe
CheckFusDownloader_v2.1.exe
and short checked also the CMD Versions...

I have tried with XP and Win 7 with no success. :eek:

We can see Decrypt Complete!
Happy flashing! ... but no file is written...
If we press CRC and Decrypt firmware it looks like Server connection...

My example S8500 XXLA1 as I thought first enc3 is different...
GT-S8500_DBT_1_20120119155220.zip.enc2

See Screenshot, then I open via Browse my file... and nothing happens.

Maybe my fault. If possible could you give us an example to check correct steps... please.

Short tested, because I was too lazy to search for FULL Firmware before...

First try.
My S8600 with XXLL3 OXAMA1 XEF...

I see only T-Mobile Ani... then Reboot...

Not working...

    I finally got a working GUI version for both Android and Bada. So it's time to make an announcement here too. Sorry for ignoring you @mylove90, it was a great proposal :)

    I dont know if I should start a new thread or hijack this one? What do you think? Anyway, here is the changes.

    You no longer need FusCipherUtil.dll to use CheckFusDownloader! This makes it possible to port to other languages, such as platform independent Java :) I will start the port as soon as I can, but dont expect it to soon :)

    Other changes
    * Bada support
    * Not limited to the preset list anymore (Advanced tab)
    * Decrypt a already downloaded firmware
    * CRC check a already downloaded firmware
    * Bug fixes and a lot of code clean up.
    * Icon

    Grab the new version here and consider a small donation to keep me motivated :)

    If you miss any country/operator, please go to http://fus.nanzen.se and make a check with the desired information. I will add it to the preset list short after.
