I have 4X from Hong Kong. Its on V10d. Is it OK to install V10H?

Which version do I have to install?
In the original post I see Hong Kong one has this:
LGP880AT-00-V10e-HKG-XXX-SEP-25-2012-0.zip

Does this mean I can only go as high as V10e?

Thank you.

Re: [FIRMWARE] LG Optimus 4X HD P880 Original ROM's [DOWNLOAD]
Will I see any improvements if I flash my 4x from stock Firmware V10e (India) to the open euro V10f ???
Coz I'm not sure if my stock fw has the fix for camera auto-focus issue.
