I've been working on my phone tonight and I had ViperXL installed....
The Memory card wasn't being read and I erased that ROM and was going to go back to my "NANODROID".....to start over fresh.

Now my phone won't make it past the HTC Splash Screen and the screen goes black.....Currently I cant see my phone on my PC

Did i brick my phone? I've tried Volume Down + Power to get into bootloader. It says HTC for 3-4 Seconds than goes blank. The 3 Keys at the bottom just flash white when I'm holding down buttons

Please tell me there is something I can do. I feel sick to my stomach

push the power button until it stop flashing. when you didnt see it flashing again, push and hold the volume down and push the power button for only 1 or 2 secs without releasing the volume down button. you should be back to the bootloader screen, and from there you can go to recovery to reflash your ROM.

Make sure you flash the boot.img when you install new ROM if you in hboot 1.14 or higher. unless you are s-off. hope this help.

----nevermind looks like you solve it on the viperXL forums

I got back to ViperXL but running into my original problem

This ROM doesn't seem to allow me to find my Memory Card on my PC.....
"Android.Process.Media"

at least I got a ROM on there again!!!

Flash the ota update on the viper rom thread . I was having the same problem and this fixed it for me.

How can I flash the OTA Version if I can't connect my phone to the PC?
I know OTA stands for "Over The Air" but I assume I still need to download it to my SD to flash it in recovery???

Edit:
I keep getting Process.Android.Media blah blah blah
I've installed HTC Sync and uninstalled.....Tried everything.......

I thought Rooting was going to make me happy lol! So Frustrating

Go to the thread on your phone and download it. Check with file explorer to make sure it is in download folder on sd. Go into recovery and flash the ota update for your version.

Boot into recovery. Go to mount and then mount usb. Copy the ota over and install it.

Just go to install and then choose the ota zip. Doesn't matter where on your phone you put it.

Put it in your downloads folder. Select install. Find the zip in your download folder and select flash.
Reboot

Yep got it.....
Once I'm pointed in the right direction, I'm usually good to go......
So this OTA Update should fix the Memory Card problem......? What else did it address?

At least I know there is a workaround through TWRP.

Also, thanks for not being a Douche.......
Not everyone has a degree in Computer Science and Applications lol!!!!!

As far as I know it was just the mounting issue. Be sure to thank these guys for their help.
