Check out "Sound Mod KINGBEATZ" in the themes and apps section. It's the only one I've been able to get to work (it worked first try) though I'm still working on some of the others.

love this rom, but I have one problem that I have yet been able to get the DSP Manager working. Any changes in the app does nothing to the sound. Is there a way to get to work with this rom?

As to #1 it depends on what launcher you're using

As to #2 you must tap the build number lots (think rapidly half a dozen times) to get it to pop up. I believe CM/AOSP stealths the option at stock.

How the heck do you figure there's no development?

Screenshot on AOSP must be accessed by the power menu, with the screenshot option enabled. The palm swipe method is for TWiz ROMs only.
