I made this exact move. Yeah the Note II is freakin huge, but it's a great phone as well. I haven't even rooted it yet and I'm loving it.

I used the mod to remove the 3 dot menu and change multitasking to Menu. I'm so glad to have it changed.

does everyone really hate this menu button THAT much? I personally like it and think it's convenient. I don't mind at all.
