I have not updated the ROM (at least the one here on XDA) for S-Off yet. Right now since all we have is the stock boot.img/kernel that is what the ROM comes with, that includes the stock modules. In the future when we have a better kernel I will be updating. All that said I should probably update the ROM for S-Off users. The latest version of my ROM which I haven't uploaded will flash the kernel for S-Off users. Not sure if I answered your question or not.

What it should do is make your ROM blue just like you were using my ZoneDNA ROM. I tested it on ViperROM and it seems to be working. I have it setup for CODIS as well but should work to an extent on any ROM. You can try TWRP but I don't think it will work. You will know right off the bat if it worked or not because your phone icon for example will be blue instead of green.

The reason why this only changes "some" files is because it depends on two things:

1.) apk location it must be in /system/app

2.) the apk name in /system/app must match the name of the file in the themer so /system/app/gmail must mach /system/app/gmail.apk in the theme otherwise it can't find the file to theme.

the themer may require some editing on the users part.

Lastest ROM is up and I have to say it feels very quick.

Uploading an updated ROM. I know a lot of people are probably on Newtoroots and I don't blame you, but I still like my ROM the best. Regardless its uploading and will probably post it tomorrow. I had some issues with the market fcing on me so I've been playing with it for a couple weeks. I can't remember everything I've changed/updated so the change log is gonna be lame. I do know this it does have the persistant wifi notification removed now. I also as usual updated all the apps and if needed made the icons blue. So it is what it is..
