Oooops, my bad.
What ROM r u trying to install? Do they match up?
I only ask cuz some developers don't make it easy to distinguish between crespo(nexus s) And crespo4g since they make the ROM for a lot of phones.

Is this ur first ROM to flash after rooting?
Do u have back ups?

Sounds like a bad download or you got a ROM for the gsm nexus s

Yeah I'd try verifying the rom is for NS4G first and then if it is download again.
