The dev mentioned clearly not recommended or try to avoid restore with app and data. If app itself without data it should be no issue.

It is known bug issued if you having other devices such as N7000.

Tried to run the ROM but upon boot I am presented with a screen prompting me for a password to decrypt storage. I can not get past this point.

That means you encrypted your SD card

I have never encrypted my sd card(internal?) and this is the first ROM installation that has asked me to do this.

Alright, just flash this Rom, and titanium backup works like a charm. =) maybe the latest version of titanium backup solved the problem?

The app itself works fine, but if you restore a app with data do not post any bug reports here until you remove that app.

Why all the hate with Titanium Backup? I, for one, haven't notice any problem caused by it. I always avoid restoring system apps. For user apps, I avoid restoring data for apps that should not be restored like Google authenticator app for example.

It won't caused any problem if the user use it correctly.
