I vote all members be able to answer a skill testing question before being able to post questions in a dev forum. Who's with me?

No. We were all expected to learn the rules. Why change now?

I'm just joking. I was poking fun at all the newbie questions especially the ones asking about features that only works on TW roms. These types of questions adds 0 value to a dev thread. I've been a member here for quite sometime yet my post count is super low. The reason is I am not a developer so I have little value add so only post thanking devs on a good job. My point is, I take the time to read the threads to figure out what is available and working before flashing my phone so I think others should show the same respect to the hard work the devs do for us (for free!) by reading and only posting something useful to the development of the rom. Yes, I know I am a hypocrite right now with this response in the dev thread

First time using this rom, been using it for 3 days now. It is hands down the cleanest and meanest ROM I've seen for the note 2. Battery life is awesome. Thank you.
