[KERNEL] Matr1x v8.5 | JB - 4.2.1/4.2.2

Just installed v7/0 CM kernel on my brand new Nexus 4 running the latest Xylon Nightly.

Colors look nicer right away upon reboot. Are there settings somewhere I need to tweak, or just leave it alone ? I am looking for best battery life, don't want OC.

I also used matrix cm v7.0 on cm nightly 20130222. So smooth and battery seems good also, though its not yet 24hrs and not yet on 1st cycle now..

This kernel is makes the phone blazing fast and thanks for the color calibration it looks so much better

Is everyone using an app to help control this kernel ? Or just install kernel only without any special app ?

What color settings are you using ? To me the screen has a blue / gray tint now, and yes I did install Trickster Mod.

There is a certain amount of lag on the lockscreen. Anybody have input on that?

Propably it depends on the lower frequency limit than on the stock kernel.

What ROM are you running? I'm on orca ROM with v.7.0 and have no lag at all. Actually the fastest ROM and kernel combo I've ever had on this phone.
