This release is really minimal.
It can flash, extract system.sin to ext4 and kernel.sin to elf. It can unpack elf. It can decrypt blob_fs files from PCC / SEUS / Emma. It can create FTF bundles. It can Unlock/Relock bootloader (BLU icon in the toolbar). It can import/export devices
Beta5 :
Fastboot toolbox is back
This version can root Z/ZL devices
To clarify about bootloader unlock/relock :
Q : Can Flashtool unlock bootloader for a first time unlock ?
A : Yes, it does it using official sony method (get key, then issue the right fastboot command)
Q : Can Flashtool relock bootloader ?
A : Yes from beta4 of Flashtool.
Q : Can Flashtool unlock bootloader after a relock ?
A : Yes.

the complete version of FT should take some time as Androxyde is rebuilding/redesigning the entire interface, but till then this will have to do...
