[Mods] Couple splashes and a down animation

Hey guys. I'm running these now so I figure I'd share them for you all. The down animation is a little choppy but its at a max framerate so its as good as I can get right now. Enjoy!

For splash flashing:
1. Be s-off
2. Use either the og ENG hboot or my modded hboot.
3.. Reboot to bootloader
4. Fastboot flash splash1 titleofsplash.img
5. Fastboot reboot.


For using the down animation:
1. Be rooted
2. Place zip in /system/customize/resource via adb or root explorer
*Note* depending on the Rom, the down animation could be titled differently. It may be hTC_downanimation.zip
