Tried to install a ROM in which it didn't work. I then attempted to recover my backup I had saved so I did that. Once I finished doing that I restored my .efs file and rebooted. Now it's telling me "Firmware upgrade encountered an issue. Please select recovery mode in Kies & try again". Is there any chance Samsung could replace the phone?
Model # : SPH-L900. I've also tried different USB slots, a different computer, re downloaded the stock firmware and still giving me a fail right when it goes to recovery
