Call Drop Outs on S3

ive got an s3 which constantly drops out.

im currently using the Telstra network in Australia which is a pretty good network.

my old phone was a htc sensation xe and i never had any issues with it on the same network.

Since a purchased this phone i constantly get call drop outs at random times even though i have full reception.

I have the latest firmware and im still getting the same issue.

My wife also has an s3 and having the same issue.

Im wondering if anyone may have a solution for this as i really like this phone but its really annoying not being able to use it.

Contact your seller or network or Samsung service .

Or total wipe of phone and install original firmware .
