I personally was really sad when I watched them and saw, as you stated, that Wifi turns off on sleep/standby. Its so obvious to make it optional. I dont want my 3G limit going off when I am covered with wifi both at work and home and push notification is always on. Plus skydrive wifi backup of photos and videos, those shouldn't stop just because phone goes to sleep. I mean like if I update something on my pc/notebook and it auto-syncs to my skydrive, then it will only START to sync on my phone when and if I wake it up??? Too bad.
Also similarly what happend if on standby and Skype call comes in. Does it switch to wifi when I pick up? That needs some seconds to reconnect doesn't it?

Duh, so basically it has the same issue with wp7.5

Funny thing is, it is default behaviour in WM6.5, but we can delve to the registry to switch it permanently

Thumbs up Worth to Try
I think Lumia 920 is worth to try 4 anyone who works in MS environment that is using excel 'n word as official documents at most of ur activities. It can really helps.

I'm a TV Broadcaster and doing Profesional House Construction activities, already used WM 2003 (xda ii since 2004) and WM 6.5 (Omnia II since 2009) 4 supporting all my activities.

As for fun, as long as it can play movie, music, photo/video shoot, facebook, tweet and watsapp, Lumia 920 can provide all.

Not tested yet Lumia 920 (WP8) by myself, coz it will be in my hand on 22 Dec 2012...

Wird thing is that that all wp8 phones are using the same integrated dac in qualcomm soc. Many android phones also and they've a lot better results. Dont know if its fault of the wip8 drivers or whatever.
