[REQ] How to root Optimus G E975

Hi.

I want to root my Optimus G running on 4.1.2. I tried searching the forum, which ultimately took me to a Chinese forum. Unfortunately Google Translate was unable to help me. Can some one please help me root the phone??

What is the version of your E975 firmware?
V10A or B or C?

I can confirm that 10B EU is still unrootable. I've been trying for a few days.

For rooting the E97510B you must use the ZV9-ZVB-Root.zip, can find it in the LG optimis G forum "Root LG Optimus G E975 [GUIDE]",
but you must chance/edit the CurrentRoot.bat file

Copy this line
adb shell "echo -en \\x0d > /sdcard/G_security"
And overwrite this line.
adb shell touch /sdcard/G_security
in the batch file CurrentRoot.bat

Worked on my Orange Romania E975 v10c.
Now, is there a way to have CWM recovery on this ?
