Man im bummed, edge speed sucks. I dont get tmo service where im currently working. Only att gets service here.

Makes no sense. Has he messed with the apn settings at all? Some threads state that they get fast speeds h+ symbol

From everything I've read Tmo phones shouldn't have an issue getting 3g on att.. just restricted from LTE...

Well today finally had time to activate my sim. I went ahead and activated the straight talk for at&t since already had the refill card. And I gotta say im very pleased. Network is super fast. Has the 4g symbol so not sure if its actually 4g or the hspa+. But so far so good, will see how it does towards the end of the month. If it all checks out then ill keep it. If not then ill activate the official at&t sim.

ST at&t works pretty darn good. 4g most areas. Alot better coverage than tmobile thats for sure. There are spots where the coverage spotty. But for under 50 buxs vs tmo 70 a month with no service, whose complaining, Right?

Btw only downfall i came across with my t999 and st at&t sim is that no more wifi calling. As i have read that every non-tmo sim this will happen. Other than that, web, mms, txt, calls, all works great. Im getting constant 3.5-4mb down, 1.5up speeds. Thats enough for my needs.
