I'm having the same issue adding my imap account. Not sure but i had the same issue on ripper rom using the aosp mail app. I think the problem is in the app, not the cm code.
I just give up and use the browser to check my emails lolslz

I used to use Rippers, and it worked for me, using the stock email app.
But as you say, could be 4.2 thats having problem.

Ok, good to know, could you try to setup an exchange account? perhaps you have an gmail account and could use m.google.com with SSL and try that works for you as well?

getting no issues here with Syncing outlook, but we use Active Sync,
Issue I'm facing is Camera still doesn't want to play nice, especially when flash is needed, App crashes once photo taken and if I go into the gallery the photo I took is just grey.

The latest build seems to work very well. I have tried bluetooth quality and it's perfect now.
I have two issues, first the touch to focus camera issue, which isn't such a big deal.
My second issue is still that the H+ icon not is present. Everything works, connection and download speed. What can be the reason? Does my carrier have some kind of unknown (cm unknown) network code and that we need to do some kind of mapping here?
EDIT: I will check radio logs during day. See if I find something.

Talked to a friend that has Stock rom 4.2 on his Nexus, he can sync his exchange mail, but not calander.
So perhaps its some bug in stock rom on this. Damn :/
There seems to be some compatibility issues between exchange 2010 and ICS/JB.
In my company I can synch my email and calendar using the stock Samsung email client but my colleagues on HTC, Sony & LG are out of luck and must use a third party client like touchdown.
