We all walked around for more than 6 months with devices that had a possible sudden death in them.
1st: why would samsung put the bug back in unofficial firmware?
2nd: if your phone survived the SDS in that 6 months, chances are great that it would survive it for another 2 months until Galaxy S IV is released.
