I have a build a kernel image which lower the voltage and overclock to 1.67G.
But I cannot post on development thread, i post it here.

I used the ramdisk from the unlock bootloader's bootimg, but it is not the original L01E ramdisk.

Can some one provide the stock bootimg? Or provide the bootimg address of the stock rom tot file.

Extract the zip
volume up key + power key to enter bootloader( little kernel or fastboot mode)
fastboot flash boot bootimg

if you failed you can always flash back the bootimg which you installed when you unlock your bootloader.

/////////////////////////////////////////////////
Update new kernel Mar 04 2013
Changes :

1.Up to 1.8 G when running two cores and down to 1.67G when running four cores to improve stability.
2.GPU overclock to 487.5MHz ( improve GLBenchmark by 10%)
3.Replace CPU governor with intellidemend.
4.Lower cpu voltage and bus voltage.
5.L2 cache is overclaocked from 1134Mhz to 1350Mhz

Significant battery improvement can be seen on this kernel.

Known Issue.
DVB one seg is broken due to porting of DVB-T

Please report any bug or unstable issue to improve this kernel.

Thanks.

I will attach the bootimg later today.

is it possible to make it into a zip file so we can flash it?

thks

The unlocked bootloader is fine with fastboot protocol to flash the bootimg.
Which is used to replace the bootimg to root your device.

It is same thing bootimg when you root your device, just with different cpu clock.

Sorry, wifi is fixed now.
This happens when I turn off the rtb function to improve performance.
rtb is the rigister tracing.

That's great!
But my phone's battery unable to get fully charge after flash this boot.img

i flash the original boot.img, it works fine.

what's going on?

Because I removed LG drivers. The battery is actually fully charged, but did not report to Android APIs.
The LG drivers are added back in this new kernel.

Thanks.
