Actually still rocking 2.54, but getting that "itch" to flash something newer... I'll try your PAC-Man ROM, Papa!

Thanks for the ROMs, and keep up the good work!

Re: [ROM][11/11/12] PARANOIDANDROID 2.54 4.1.2 | True HybridMode, Size&UI on PerAppBa

Damn, man... I'm trying every other ROM similar to pa, even the 3.1 port that's out, and nothing compares to this!!

I shouldn't say this, but... PLEASE PAPA SMURF, HURRY!!!

Hey Papa, I absolutely LOVE the PA ROM. I find I always end up coming back to it (no matter which phone I have at the moment). Having no issues at all, but just wanted to drop in and let you know how much I appreciate the hard work you have put into this.

Can't wait to see what you roll out with future updates (if/when you get the time to do it).

Thanks again buddy!!

Nope I'm still Here. I got super busy in real life but plan on trying to compile again tonight with some better results hopefully.

Out of respect for all the hard work and donations that have been directed toward this ROM and it's development since it's birth, can someone who has the time to take on it's continued development relieve papasmurf? This is in no way an attempt to undermine anyone but more so a suggestion that has crossed the minds of many. :confused:

    I have actually come across another way to fix the flickering, which sticks after a reboot.
    I haven't done extensive testing on it but initial usage showed no flickering.

    You will need: A build.prop editor. I prefer rom toolbox but use whatever you please.

    EDIT

    debug.composition.type=dyn
    To
    debug.composition.type=gpu

    debug.mdpcomp.maxlayer=3
    To
    debug.mdpcomp.maxlayer=2

    Let me know how that goes for you guys.
