Good morning guys. Well yesterday afternoon I lost my IMEI without a backup. I've searched and skimmed thru the IMEI sticky and didn't see anything about my issue.

My issue may be more related to my laptop or AbobeXI. The step where I am in RF NV Item Manager and need to hit Settings and select Comport, I don't have a Settings tab up top to hit. I have File, Edit, View, Window, and Help but no Settings.

I've tried un installing and re installing Adobe Reader, and un installing and re installing QPST from the IMEI fix sticky thread.

Like I said, this must be more related to my laptop and Adobe software then anything else? I feel ignorant asking this because it has to something simple but I'm just stuck.
TIA

Disregard please.

I got it

Maybe just try NV reader/writer?

Tough to read this but these are the tabs up top where the Settings tab just isn't there.

Disregard please.

I got it.

I don't know if this will help you in your situation but, if your looking for your IMEI it's also located under your battery on the white peice of sticky paper. Thats where i found mine to fix it. Hope you get everything working!
