unable to make any call!!:(

i have a htc 310.... and whenever i try to make a call.... it gives the busy tone...so i can't make any calls.......
i can receive calls, send and receive sms..use gprs....but cant call....
pls help.......suggestions are welcome

i hav the same problem. It receives calls, sends text and receive text.
Anyone got this problem sorted with software update? how? thanks
