That is why all the icons suck...

Ok i remade the dlls...
I put background on all of the icons used in the dlls if somebody like to use it...

Question: Is it possible to set the same background behind all icons...
Using some kind of mod... That would be nice...

Also lovebabyjing could you explain how to create these dlls with icons...
And how to create the reg files... So we could get into some icon customizing...
Also is there any way to put custom backgrounds in start menu...
That would be AWESOME!

1. Copy the Windows Dir in the first attachment on your Phone
(Don't copy the Start Menu folder if you want your current menu)
2. Start regedit and Import the "Install" into your registry...
3. Restart...

Note... If you like my take on the icons just replace the dll's in the
original post with the ones in my attachment.

in addition to installing Icon Changer you also need to install MortScript
