Thanks to this thread. Thanks to lot others and xda. Made my successful custom rom today. Not a creation actually, modded one of cm roms. After many failures and installation abortions, it worked properly.

x10minipro + nAa kernel + miniCM ROM + XDA app

Hi dsixda ! Thanks so much for this beautiful tool ! ;)

So, I have an issue, with "the clear command not found", I tried your two solutions but no one works. Could you help me please ?

EDIT : So, I have found the issue. Instead of select Reinstall, I unistall Cygwin, and reinstall totally.
Thanks again !

i was directed to this forum dsixda's Android Kitchen page.I have an xperia x10 and i had a doubt regarding the original rom.

1.Is it required for me to have a stock rom as the original rom?Cant i use an existing custom rom and work on it?
2.In anycase is it required for me to make a backup in xrecovery to get system.img or can i used to .zip file provided by the developers?
