Installing swapper doesn't improve anything (concerning the HTC-screen popping up constantly...).

do we have root on this one? I need it to replace the system fonts (no Hebrew support out of the box)

to get root do this
adb shell
mount -o remount,rw -t yaffs2 /dev/block/mtdblock3 /system
cd system/bin
cat sh > su
chmod 4755 su
sync
reboot

then get setcpu and swapper

Then, let's talk about this rom. I guess you two have a Vodafone Magic right?
I do have a Vodafone Magic and this rom, besides been really good looking, it's not usable right now. Too many times (let's say almost everytime!) you get off any app, the rosie interface starts loading. I know we are missing RAM (198 are not enough, sigh! ) but right now there's no way to get swapper working because of missing root. I hope to see it in next rom!
I know, it's just the first release...I do hope there will be a way to make it less RAM hungry!
