The caller on the other end says it rings all the way through (5 rings and then to voicemail). It has done this with several ROM's, the stock HTC cupcake, to JF 1.5, JACHero, and now I am on cyanogen's 3.62 ROM. The radio is 62.50S.20.17H_2.22.19.26I. The phone will do this even with a clean wipe. No apps. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
