Get problem with cdt.bin_signed

My phone (XT910) was bricked and I try to flash it again with RSD Lite 5.6.

But I try many firmware and all of this get this error (Failed flashing process. 1/11 flash cdt.bin "cdt.bin_signed" -> Phone returned FAIL.)

s/b can help me :( ?
