Instructions:

1. Important, unlock the protection of the HTC Juno (T-mobile Shadow) by running "SDA_ApplicationUnlock.exe" on your phone if not done so already!!!
2. Copy " bkondisk.exe" onto your device or your SD card.
3. Run "bkondisk.exe"
4. Some image files will be created on your "My Device" or phone root folder around 50Mb-70Mb, this will take a while, around 3-5 minutes.
5. Look for and copy "BK_02_0005.img" onto your PC.
6. Open "HxD.exe" a hex Editor Program that is included in the zip file.
7. Open the file "BK_02_0005.img" with "HxD" program and scroll down to the lines "000400F0" and "00040100" (like in the picture "Capturer.JPG" that is included in the zip file).
8. The eight-character code is your Unlock code, all eight numbers will be in line "000400F0" or in line "00040100" or some in either of the two, but it is eight numbers long.
9. Turn off your phone and insert other carrier's sim card and turn phone back on. After loading a message will appear and state that the network is locked and to input the unlock code.
10. Input the eight digit unlock code you got and enjoy your Sim unlocked Shadow.

If you can't find the file "BK_02_0005.img" in your documents folder, make sure to unhide hidden files to see them.

I thank you for the answer, but I ask you to specify better whether to install "SDA_ApplicationUnlock.exe" because in the post you write me to do it in my cellphone, while in the instructions I find writing to put it in the PC.

That file is a win32 bit executable file wich means that it has to be run from a computer that runs 32bit system example windows xp or vista or even win 2k3. Run it fro the computer to unlock the security of Tmobil shadows.

I have done all following your instructions with precision.
SDA unlocked with success, but I don't succeed in reading the code.
I have made a screenshot of the two files.

It was my fault, instead of reading the file suggested, will read others.
