[Q] custom roms compatibility for ASUS-MeMO-Pad-Smart-10 (ME301T)?

I have seen this tablet on sale on my staples in toronto. Before I buy this tablet, just want to know if all the custom roms for TF300 work on Memopad smart 10. The specs are almost the same, so why not? Just want to confirm.

From what I understand the answer to your question is "no".

You might want to check this thread for more info, and here is a thread with a working custom rom.

It does seem like one user is going to try to put together something CM-based as well, so there is hope for this tablet.

BTW - your link only sends me to a page where I have to enter my postal code to see the deals - something I'm quite sure won't work in my case since I'm writing this from Spain. Either way - depending on what you're looking for of course - I find the ME301t to be an excellent choice for the money spent. (That's what they call "best bang for the buck", right?)

I have adjusted my ROM to be compatible so yes CROMi-X 4.6.9 is fully compatible.

I just picked up this tablet, but mine is the ME302C version. Any idea's for ROM or if Dev will start for this tablet?

It's not a TEGRA tablet so you'll have to look elsewhere I'm afraid.
