I personally like to pull all the skin off the chicken and use one of the biscuits to make a sandwich.
Greasy, fatty goodness.

This particular delicacy comes with KFC's special Colonel's Sauce, I'll have to email corporate and inquire about Mayo made from chicken. You my friend are a true KFC fan.
